The room was great-sized with good ac for summers when upgraded. The staff has always been superbly friendly and absolutely friendly, and the facilities were clean modern.

Booked a room with a large balcony. Also, location was particularly good, within walking distance of Basilica Palladiana. The staff were both amiable and outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel was good standard and gorgeous, I appreciated its respectful staff. The location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from an unesco-listed theatre. There was a good restaurant, shopping centers and a market next door. It was really really nice time in Vicenza.

My rooms were well-appointed and large. The location was very central, just off the centre and the Fair centre, the adjoining pizzeria / restaurant and Verona. Everything met all required needs, I can't wait to come back.

It's a pretty standard place for overnight stay. The location is handy and exceptionally nice and adjacent to railway station and the Square and Old City. When I am in Vicenza, I like staying here.

Lovely building, comfortable location close to scenic Vicenza and restaurant. Delicious and excellent breakfast for the start of the day with fruits, sweet plus an assortment of vegetables. Nice pool, parking in front of the hotel.

The rooms were great-sized in general, with comfortable bed. I truly enjoyed the food, it was excellent! The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the downstairs bar. All of the staff members were gentle and affable.

Location - excellent and perfect next to Duomo and a restaurant, owned by the property, which the locals were coming to eat. Very nice experience, characterful base for one night.

our honeymoon trip in vicenza was unforgettable. palace hotel "la conchiglia d' oro" exceeded our expectations with comfortable rooms, breathtaking mountain views, and delicious food. the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. we will definitely be returning.

Pillows could be more comfortable.

The pool and the pool area look much larger in the photos. It could be a little tidier.

Free parking next to the hotel, quite good breakfast

Located on the main road next to the railway line and a large car park, a little further from the centre than expected (approx. 20 min. walk). Footpath to the center is not very idyllic (past the football stadium), standard rooms very small. Ventilation (Air-Condition?) was very loud and could not be switched off. Pool and sun area are a joke.

Great breakfast, soundproof rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, reasonable prices.

Nothing bad to say.
